Pirate's Cove News

Here at Pirate’s Cove Resort & Marina, we take pride in our employees. Our home would not be what it is without the hard work of our staff members. We would like to highlight one of our front desk employees, Austin! Austin is always greeting Pirate’s Cove guests with a smile and a positive attitude. 

We asked Austin to tell us a little about himself: 

“On July 1st, 2020, my fiancé and I moved here to Jensen Beach mid-pandemic to be closer to family. It was quite challenging! I love being around the water and you can frequently find me at the beaches. Music and technology have always been a huge passion of mine and my upbringing.  

A friend of ours brought us to Pirate’s Cove for the first time shortly after moving here. The resort was so beautiful, I applied immediately. I have always been a people person and it seemed like the perfect fit! We have wonderful guests and there is nowhere else I could imagine working with the view I have every day.  

Ever since starting work at Pirate’s, I have made great relationships and have loved getting to know our guests. We are very lucky as the staff here is very close-knit and feels like a family.  

Making people feel happy, comfortable and excited about their vacation is one of my favorite parts of my position here at Pirate’s Cove. Between the views, staff, and guests, it makes it a wonderful and fun place to work!”
