Faith is a native South Floridian who has been married to Stephen for over 35 years, mother of four daughters & thirteen grandchildren. Faith’s strong sense of family values carries over to the Pirate’s Cove family where she is known to be a mentor, advisor and source of encouragement.

David has over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry. Originally from North Carolina, David moved to Florida in 1984. He is a husband & father of five, living in Palm City Florida.
David graduated from New England Technical School with a degree in HVAC. He worked with the management group of City Place of the Palm Beach’s & the Town of Wellington Code Enforcement team before coming to Pirate’s Cove Resort, where he has been for five years! Working alongside the Hotel team, Restaurant team, Marina team, and Maintenance team he has helped make the Resort the beautiful paradise it is today.
Welcome to Pirate’s Cove Resort & Marina! My name is Susan Miller, I am the Hotel Manager of our 50 room resort, boutique, and gift shop. Coming on board in 2012, I soon began overseeing the hotel’s daily operations. In my position, I lead a team of coworkers with whom together we work diligently to exceed your expectations while staying with us.
Originally from Michigan, I moved my family to Tennessee, where I worked in customer service for 20 years before arriving on the shores of Florida. Once here, I found a new home at Pirate’s Cove Resort where every day is a day in paradise.
Chris Dempsey is the Marina Manager of Pirate's Cove Resort and Marina. He holds a 100-Ton Captain's License, has delivered yachts, and
provided private boat handling instruction along the East Coast and Bahamas for the past 13 years. Chris enjoys fishing, adventuring on the local waters and spoil islands, and reading about Treasure Coast history.
Chef Oscar Billordo was born and raised in Argentina. His first culinary training came from watching and helping his mother in the kitchen. They had a very traditional household, and his mother cooked every meal for his father and their six boys.
After moving to the United States at age 20, he followed his passion for the culinary arts and began working in restaurant kitchens. Oscar specializes in global cuisine, having worked in restaurants ranging from Italian to French to Vietnamese and even vegetarian, just to name a few. His most recent move from Miami to the Treasure Coast allowed him the opportunity to join the Pirate’s Cove culinary team as Executive Chef.
