Pirate’s Cove Resort & Marina is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. This position plays an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall presentation of our guest rooms and resort facilities.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, value consistency, and understand the importance of creating a welcoming environment for our guests.


Position Overview

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and resort areas to established cleanliness standards. Your work directly supports the guest experience and the overall reputation of the resort.


Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
  • Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities
  • Sweep, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
  • Ensure all rooms meet resort cleanliness standards
  • Work efficiently to meet daily room assignments
  • Support the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred (not required)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Maintenance Team Member

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Team Member is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving property facilities and grounds. This role requires a dependable, hands-on individual who can work both independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and property improvements.
• Complete all tasks correctly and efficiently the first time.
• Set up and break down for events as needed.
• Conduct drywall repairs, painting, digging, and pool maintenance.
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general renovation projects.
• Perform landscaping, trash cleanup, and grounds upkeep.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Work on ladders and perform tasks at various heights.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Take accountability for assigned jobs and follow through on completion.

Qualifications:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems preferred.
